Leo is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of Texas since 1998. He received a Bachelor of Business Administration in 1984 from Southern Methodist University and holds memberships in the American Institute of CPA's and the Texas Society of CPA's. Leo has worked in the accounting profession for 15 years taking over the business established by his father. He has professional and personal ties to his community, volunteering his services for numerous charitable organizations.
